Primer designing - (Sep/29/2007 )

Hey can anybody help me to design PCR-RFLP for exon 3 of alpha 2 globin gene!

Please suggestme some software for the same

Have you tried primer3 programme? Just google it.

For the gene, you have to blast it out first on ncbi or others before designing the primer. Do you want to start from ATG and stop at stop codon? oh... RFLP. sorry.
