Duplicate design rtpcr - Is it better to have side by side or different plates? (Sep/28/2007 )

Dear All,

May i please have your opinions on whether it is better to run duplicates on the same plate, i.e. side by side, or on two different plates when running a real time pcr?

I would run it on the same plate because I would rather keep the conditions (i.e. the plate, mastermix...) same.
