Hi,
I hybridized my labeled genomic ( Cy3 and Cy5) DNA to oligonucleotide chips. After scanning the slides, approximatelly 1/3 of the spots are just yellow and remaining 2/3 spots looks like did not hybridize with anything. What that means? Could you please help me?

Did your slide dry out? Is there a pattern to where your yellow signal is (e.g. circle in the middle -- suggesting drying at the edges?).
