waves bands on the sds-page - (Sep/23/2007 )

Hi,
recently I have some problem with my bands in the gel: they appear like waves, altought my gel is well polymerized. Do you know what other problems, apart from polymerization, could explain this phenomenon?

Salt content in your sample was too high?

sample well distorted (usually when pulling out comb or uneven or incomplete polymerization).

Did you clean the wells before loading?
