Subculturing primary human fibroblasts - Seeding density? (Sep/12/2007 )

Hi there,

What is the common seeding density used for human primary fibroblasts?

Are the following numbers correct?

4.2 *10^4 cells / ml
1.25 * 10^5 cells / 25 cm2
3.75 * 10^5 cells / 75 cm2
