Antibody for EMSA - (Sep/10/2007 )

I have been working on ChIP assay experiments for sometime now. I used the same estrogen receptor-alpha antibody for immunoprecipitation and Western blot analysis. Can I use the same antibody for EMSA?

only one way to find out...as long as it's not binding an epitope that involved in the DNA-binding portion of your TF, there's no good reason why it shouldn't work.
