Synchronization of NIH 3T3 cells - (Aug/30/2007 )

Hi there,

I would like to synchronize NIH 3T3 cells. If any of you have synchronized this cells, can you please let me know which is the best method. If you can tell me some references or a detailed protocol for this I would really appreciate your help. Also please let me know what is the doubling time of NIH 3T3 cells.

I am sorry, but i don't think it is there on ATCC website. all I can see there is some transfection and stable cell generation protocols, but not synchronization protocol. i would appreciate if anyone can suggest me some protocol, which they have tried.
