fluorescent dUTP x P32 - northern blot (Aug/23/2007 )

Please, does anyone could tell me if there is a big difference in terms of sensibility when doing miRNAs Northern blot experiment using

fluorescent dUTP and P32?????????

P32 is very sensitive and sample to use, although it is harmful to you health.

but do you know how much sensitive is this comparing to other ones?

P32 is more than 10 times than Dig system according to my experience
