Cell adheison assy on round surface - (Aug/21/2007 )

I have a question; I need to do an adhesion test using human endothelial cells. I’ve done adhesion assays using osteoblast and fibroblast as well. But all were on a flat surface. Now I have a tube as a substrate. The ID: .020'' and the OD: 0.83'' I need a plan on how to quantitate cell attachment for a 4hr attachment assay. I’ve been fixing the cells with formaldehyde and using Hoechst dye and a fluorescent microscope to quantitate thus far.

Thank You

You can wash off cells that do not adhere, trypsinize to release cells, then do cell counting, DNA assay etc. etc.
