Question - submitting paper to journal (Aug/20/2007 )
Hi,
I work as a research associate in the Plant Molecular Biology lab. We have some genomic sequence of Jute plant.
Then we do some dry lab work for the identification of exon or gene part. Then do wet lab job. Now I confirm that its part of Leucine
rich transmembrane protein kinase. I search in different Journal that i choose for submitting my work.Have any suggestion what types of journal i choose for submission. Please inform me if have any suggestion.

the question is the novelty of your finding; is it a previously not detected kinase? has it mutations? what physiological relevance has this kinase/ or mutation? Unfortunately, the time of simply publishing gene sequences is over (for better ranked journals)
