Hi There,
I met the problems in chip assay. Using regular pcr I can get strong bands in antibody and normal IgG. but when used the same samples to run realtime pcr no ct were detected or very high.
I am not sure what happened?
Any suggestion is warmly welcome!

Hi,
I'm not sure how far this can help. But based on my experience product for real time PCR should not exceed 250bp in length.this will need a highly optimized primers.best template concentration would be around 100-120ng. 40-60 cycles is usually sufficient enough to get a beautiful curve. And of course, make sure the template is highly purified prior to use.anyway, just a suggestion.good luck!
