Looking for protocol to adapt adherent CHO to suspension CHO - (Aug/06/2007 )

HELP!!
I've been looking every where for a protocol to adapt adherent CHO cells to suspension CHO cells.

Does anyone have a protocol that they use and has worked for them??? Or know where I might find one.

well i know that for Hela S3 cells, standard DMEM makes them attached and Joklik's medium drives them in suspension. May it be the same for CHO cells ?
