gel shift/supershift conditions - (Oct/18/2001 )

Does anyone have some experience with supershift conditions? I can get a gel shift but can't get the supershift with the reported antibodies. I guess I'm looking for different buffer conditions.

wink.gif We have the same problem and i don't find any solution.
I have change binding buffer, temperature, nuclear extract and Whole exctract, and the chronology of proteine probe and antibody... Nothing work for my super shift

Have you try lowering the BSA concentration during your incubation?
