Help! Problem on cDNA library construction - (Mar/15/2004 )

[COLOR=purple]I met a problem during constructing cDNA library. After blunting the cDNA temini, we resuspended the pellet in 8 µl of EcoR I adapters and incubate at 4°C for more than 12 hours. Although, the cDNA haven't resuspended, and there is still a big pellet remained. Are there anyone who can help me with this problem? Thank you very much!!!

I am confused Do you mean "the cDNA have been resuspended, and there is still a big pellet remained." or "the cDNA haven't been precipitated and there is still a big pellet remained."
