PS So we're finally back again to the chicken and the egg....I think we've come full circle!!!

I think you'll find that eggs are not circular, full or otherwise, but ovoid, he said wittily.

Heaven spare us from all these Oscar Wilde wannabbees (you know who you are laugh.gif)

Hmmm, very interesting discussion(s), I ma very sorry I missed being part of it.

My contribution is....

who says it had to be one chicken, as far as I can remember chickens lay clutches of eggs, inbreeding from there should do it.

But if you consider the excellent and intriguing "7 Daughters of Eve" project and the related work going back to a single female, perhaps one is all that you need. Imagine, a whole zoo of "Eves" to start off different species. It's almost more logical to say all life was created or designed (he said, stirring the evolutionists into a white-hot fury... wink.gif tongue.gif )

Hi Casandra,

You need two more posts to become veteran.

Keep posting!!

Well done, casandra. Welcome to the most highly exalted rank of "veteran". Now that you have achieved this position, and the grand aim of your forum membership, I trust you'll not stop, but will push on to overtake fred_33. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

I've often thought that when we hit a really high number, it should change to "pompous windbag" or something like that rolleyes.gif

Hi casandra,

Actually, you don't need to have 100 posts to become veteran.

You can cheat and change the custom member title to "veteran" with less than 100 posts! tongue.gif
Not recommended... as it may lead to teasing by other members. biggrin.gif tongue.gif

I change my title from veteran to "The Super Mouse".

-Minnie Mouse-

biggrin.gif You guys are making it so hard for me to take an early retirement....

Minnie, I don't think that the 'custom member title' is "enabled" if you're not a veteran yet (with 100 posts) unless with all my computer expertise, I missed it as usual and Swanny, my aim is not so grand afterall ie simply to have the most number of nontechnical posts in a technical forum (I think I'm pretty much in the running for this) smile.gif and Aimikins...I never suspected that you had it in you..to deviously allude to our dear Fred as pompus and a windbag tongue.gif ...you just raised ze bar girl...

cheers,

casandra
