can i use distilled water instead of double distilled? - RBC's lysis step (Jul/21/2007 )

i use cold sterile double distilled water during RBC's lysis step (DNA extractio protocol)

i would to know in the case of that double distilled water is not avaliable at the moment
could i use cold sterile distilled water instead??????????????????????????

Cold sterile? What a weird combination. Hmm.. for lysis step, I don't think it will be a problem. So yea, you can use sterile distilled water will do.
