Best Quantification Software for blots, scans, films? - What is the best software out there for these purposes? (Jul/18/2007 )

Hi - I don't know if this topic has already been started on the BioForum. I'd like to know what people think is the BEST software on the market for quantification of scanned in films for westerns, northerns, southerns, etc, etc.... whatever the purpose maybe - just wondering what you think is the best software available?

If this thread has already been started, and you can provide a link to this topic, I'd appreciate it greatly.
