cell lysis to investigate phosphorylated protein - (Jul/18/2007 )
Hi all,
I am going lyse the cells to immunoprecipitate my protein and then western blot with an antibody against the phosphorylated protein. I have seen different protocols for cell lysis and immunoprecipitation, but It's the first time that I'm going to do this, and I don't know which one is suitable for my experiment. I would be happy if any to receive a reliable protocole.

important is the use of broad range of phosphatase inhibitors as lysosomes are also lysed
