cy5 cell tracker dye - (Jul/16/2007 )
Hi,
Does anyone know of a cell tracker dye that can be detected using cy5 filter on a fluorescence microscope? Exciation is 590-650 nm and emission is 665-740 nm. The cell tracker does not have to be specific to cell type, just stain all cells.
Thanks

Maybe you could use Mitotracker Red, here some useful links:

Thanks for the advice.
I have however gone for the CellTrace Far Red DDAO, so will give it a go.
