DNA Extraction Kits from blood samples - (Jul/10/2007 )

PLZ if anyone can help me suggest a suitable DNA extraction Kits in order to extract DNA from blood samples obtained by retro-orbital bleeding from Rats. then doing PCR and Acrylamide gel electrophoresis.

if there a suitable kit for both DNA extraction and PCR in the same kit.......plz tell me
