Test for drug dose response in suspension cells before transfection - With Suspension cells, how do people distinguish difference between de (Jul/06/2007 )
Hi folks,
I plan to transfect into suspension cells ('SR' human lymphoma cell line), so now I am testing drug dose response (G418) to find optimal selection concentration of the drug. However I can not judge how many cells died or survived with my eyes. Is there anyone who can solve my problem?
Great thanks!

you may take aliquots to count in a microscope counting chamber; check various conc between 200 and 1000 µg/ml G418;
