APC isolation from the Liver - How you can isolate the APC cells from the mice's liver (Jun/25/2007 )

I have to perform a protocol to isolate APC cells from the mice's liver, somebody can recommend me what is the best technique? I think the best is a magnetic percolation column using a antibody anti-MHC II for a constant epitop, for a tissue previously disgregate (homogenize). Anyway I have to know what is the protocol step by step because I don't have any idea how do it.

Thank's

What are APC cells?

Most of the cells in a mouse liver consist of hepatocytes and Kuffer cells.

APC ==> Antigen presenting cells (Dendritic cells, macrophags, B cells), Are all cells that can present with a MHC class II
