need antibody in TX - (Jun/25/2007 )

Hello all,

I am at the University of North Texas, and need to make an antibody to a peptide I have cloned in a bacterial expression vector. Does anyone know of a good company for this? Also if anyone on this forum does cell cycle work, if I wanted to raise an antibody to a cell cycle protein, would it be better to clone into a eukaryotic cell line, so as to have posttranslational modifications, or do you think extra cyclins, etc would stop it?
