transfection agent -primary mouse macrophages, anybody? - (Jun/25/2007 )

I am working with peritoneal mouse macrophages. Could anyone help me with a good transfection agent that I can use for the siRNA transfection?

John Rossi's group published a paper in Nature Protocols 1, - 508 - 517 (2006). Therein, they describe the use of Mirus' TransIT-TKO delivery of siRNAs into macrophage cell lines and primary macrophages.
