Oncomine boxplot pictures - SVG to JPG/TIFF (Jun/20/2007 )

Hi,

does anybody know how to extract images from the Oncomine database so they can be used for publication? The images can be saved as .SVG format, but when I want to convert this with XnView, I get bad quality and with VGEdit I only get half of the picture. Of course a screenshot is also possible, but the quality is also not very good so I would be grateful if somebody could help me.

Thanks,
Karl

I know for a fact that they work well in some versions of Adobe photoshop (like 12CS), but not at all in others (like 8.0 or 9.0). If your university has an Adobe License, you could try that.
