Epithelial cell-cell fusion - Protocol? (Jun/16/2007 )

we like to fuse a primary epithelial cell with an immortal epithelial cell line to make an immortal hybrid;

has someone experience in cell-cell fusion or a basic protocol specific for epithelial cells?
