breast tissue disaggregation - (Jan/05/2004 )

Hello,

Does anyone have any suggestion for homogenising breast tissue for use in RNA extraction/RT-PCR. I have used the medimachine from Dako but can't get consistent results. I am homogenising for 6mins in TRIzol.
