Hemocytometer and plankton - using hemocytometer to count plankton (Jun/11/2007 )
Does anyone know how to count plankton using a hemocytometer??
The was i have been doing it was to count plankton in the 5 squares in the middle. then get a total. Once i had the total X 50,000 = phytoplankton cel/mL 
Is this correct?
