Phagocytosing Latex beads - (Jun/11/2007 )

Hi! All,

I have been struggling with phagocytosing latex beads to RAW macrophages. The problem is that after incubation with the beads as soon as I use the fresh medium, the cells lose their morphology and look quite bad. If someone has a similar experience and know the solution, please help.

Did you use Ca2+, Mg2+ -free PBS or regular culture medium?

Sorry for the late reply but I use the normal culture medium.
