How long can I block the golgi with BFA in culture w/o being to harsh on my cells?
6h, 12h or 24h?

Anybody experienced?

I usually incubate my cells with BFA for 3 hrs before fixing them...
but I found some literatures only did for 30 mins and showed that golgi was successfully disrupted.
