Help with array file formats - (Jun/11/2007 )

I am developing a web based microarray data analysis programme (which will be free to academic community). For testing different raw data file formats I need some sample files. My lab has Affy GCOS and Genepix gpr files. I would really appreciate if any of you could send raw data files from ArrayVision, ImaGene, QuantArray, Stanford Microarray Database (SMD), and SPOT.

Your files could be any file that you are discarding due bad array quality etc. I need these files just to test my code for file format recognition.

Hi Joy,
Have you checked the NCBI GEO database to retrive raw data file you needed? You can search the database using platform name. Please note not every entry has raw data for downloading.
