Keep growing cells after an MTS/PMS assay - (Jun/11/2007 )

Hi,

I'd like to perform multiple MTS/PMS assays on the same cells, i.e. I'd like to do an assay after 24 h, 48 h, 72 h etc.

When I tried this out with MG63 cells on tissue culture plastic it does not seem as if the cells survive after the first assay. I thought that it was possible to keep culturing the cells after an MTS/PMS assay had been performed, does anyone know what happens to the cells after an MTS/PMS assay has been performed?
