Cells in log phase - (Jun/09/2007 )

Hi all,

What does the following mean "freeze down cells when they are growing in log phase"? Does that mean before the flasks get too confluent and the cells are still actively growing?

Thanks.

"too confluent" does not make sense; log phase of adherent cells can be met in the non-confluent phase
