How to calculate antibody concentration from OD280 readings? - (Jun/05/2007 )

I know there is a formula for this and covered it a while ago in my BSc... I can't remember how it goes tho... can someone please help me out? pretty please?

For IgG: 10mg/ml corresponds to E280nm of 11,4

For IgG, OD value of 1.433 equal 1mg/ml.
For IgM, 1.118 equal 1mg/ml
