Microarray-simulating presentation software - (May/30/2007 )

we have a vast number cell morphometric data which can be presented in an 3D XYZ-bar diagram but this will be unclearly arranged;

we think of presenting a microarray-like grid where the height of bars (Z-values) should be defined in a color code f.i. as commonly used ranging from green to red;

does anyone know a non-dongle-controlled software which presents XYZ-arranged data in a microarray-look-a-like especially defining Z-values in a color-code range?
