What should I use to dissovle hygromycin and G418?

water or a 10 mM Tris-buffer of neutral pH, subsequently followed by sterile filtration

I usually dissolve in 40mM Hepes in PBS at a pH of 7.4. This is followed by sterile filtration.

we normally dissolve G418 in serum free medium (100 mg/ml) and store it at -20°C before use
