sequencer - sequencer problem kit ABI 4336935 (May/28/2007 )

Dear All,

I am doing sequencing of ESTs using Applied Biosystem Genetic analyser 3130 XL with kit no 4336935. I have tried three times and failed to get a result. I am wondering if the problem is with the kit? I have tested my samples using another kit and it worked well. Anybody with experience working with kit 4336935 with modifications, protocols .....please help!!!!

if your sample worked well with another kit why dont you use that kit only???
