method to sterilize the prebiotic Raftiline LS - (May/22/2007 )

Morning, my name is saminathan and ongoning with researah on prebiotic effect on the growth performence of probiotic lactobacillus. In this project i have a problem with sterilize the prebiotic Raftiline LS. I tried using filter sterilize 0.22 um, but can"t. I hope that you can fine me a better solution for my problem. why didn't the filter work??
