MHC I sequence - (May/22/2007 )

Hi all,

I am trying to find sequence of a particular domain (alpha 3 domain ) of MHC class I molecule.
on searching what I find is the complete sequence of MHC I gene. Does anyone know of some references which could provide me with these sequences.

you should be doing pubmed searches for when it was first ID'd then choose nucleotide from links that should be the sequence...
