Neurosphere culture - (May/19/2007 )

Is there any publication on generating neurospheres from human cell line, preferably brain tumor cell lines?

These refrences deal with cells from tumors. I was wondering if any one has experience isolating from cell lines, as reported in breast cancer cell line.
