Exon search - Any tools for this purpose? (May/15/2007 )

Dear All.

I want to know a certain part of the mRNA sequences come from which exon of the gene, eg, from exon 1 or exon 2 or exon 3?How can I do this? Any tools in NCBI?

submit your gene name here

http://www.fast-db.com/fastdb2/frame.html

click on the right gene after it has searched for it

click on "transcript view" tab

click on "multi-alignment of CDS"

and you should have everything you want , and even more with this
