are you trying to run FACS with human blood sample?
then, what do you mean by "the kit"?

could you explain what you are doing little bit more detail?

Hi thanks....

yes, actually I am just going to be looking at different cell populations of human leukocytes using flow cytometry and am just wondering if theres a kit of antibodies available for staining, just looking at the options??????

You better first check what cytometer you have and exactly what CD's you're interested in.

What cytometer indicates what colors you can use (FITC, APC, PE, conjugated molecules, Alexa fluors, pacific blue,...), and of course consider what CD's you have to check and then you buy the antibody's from any commercial source.

If you want to do diagnostics, you need to have certified kits and machinery, then you will have to go with "kits", but for research you better buy single antibody's (buy them all together and you can get a good price).
