elisa coating antigen preparing - (May/07/2007 )

Hi all,

I have some problems in preparation of coating sample. I wanna use culture lysate of my bacteria but I couldn't find any protocol for lysating specific to Elisa,that the materials do not influence the Elisa result.

hi,
i don't think you need any special kind of lysating buffer for coating
take the lysate and dilute it either in PBS or bicarbonate buffer at the required concentration and add to the wells for coating
