I think it is very important to set a guidelines to use photoshop. To avoid any fraud.

well my boss who is editor of a journal received once an article for review.
He did some bilbio of the group who was claming for an article. He noticed that IN an OTHER paper, the figure was just mirrored with completely other legend

Well, they had used so much efforts for the picture, it seemed to be a waste of energy just to use it once ...

No really, something like this should really be banned from science.
