positive control for DNA ladder formation - (Apr/30/2007 )

I want to know which chemical can be taken as positive control for DNA ladder formation( apoptotic studies)? I m in search of some chem which can induce DNA fragmentation in human lymphocytes...

HI..

I try to do the same, but in HeLa cells.. I know that positive control for Hela cells is Mg132 (inhibitor of proteasome)..

and I have a question: do YOu have good protocol for doing this? I tried few methods and I always got either ''snot'' or pure genomic DNA...
