Methods for isolation RNA from blood without Kits - (Apr/26/2007 )

helllo all.
i would like to isolate total RNA from whole blood in case without Kits. Do anyone know the methods to extract RNA from white blood cells, please let me detail protocal as soon as possible

You may want to use Trizol reagent. Follow the protocol for "Cells grown in suspension".
