Where to start ... There are some protocols here at protocol online. Than there are a lot of manufacturers, who offer you their products (e.g. Promega, Invitrogen, ABgene, Qiagen, etc.pp.)
If you want to do it at home or learn the basics of DNA extraction, visit this site.
If you need specific information, please be a little more explicit - what do you want to to, what is your source of DNA, etc.
