My HL-60 is dying in growth curve studies - (Apr/12/2007 )

Dear Friend, I am studying the growth curve of HL-60. Iam using RPMI 1642 media + Na2CO3+ 10%FBS+1%Mix of Antibiotic and anti mycotic. for studying this I am using Immunomodules instead of 96 well plate. my cell density is 5000 cells/150 uL in per well. but my cells was dying even on day first. can one help me in finding out the sulution of this question?

I haven't used this cell line - and I'm no expert! But, how are you treating your cells prior to seeding them? i.e centrifugation etc?
