GMO detect - (Apr/10/2007 )

Is it sufficient to detect 35S promoter and nos terminator for the detection of Genetically Modified Crops? OR else?

Why should all GMOs have the 35s promoter and the nos terminator? Not all gene constructs used have those sequences...
You need to know exactly what was inserted into the genome in order to evaluate the possible presence of that sequence.
