biotinylate immunoprecipitates - (Apr/01/2007 )
Dear friends,
Does anyone know how to label immunoprecipitates with biotins? I remember in a paper, authors used this method to find which proteins could bind to a bait by IP (of course, you only can know the molecular weight of the proteins but sometimes it is a good enough clue).
Thank you.

if it is extracellular domain protein, you can biotinylate whole cells before IP

Thank both of you. Your suggestions are really helpful.
